QORITEL ACCOMMODATION POLICIES

Applicable to direct sales – B2C (business to consumer)

The purpose of this regulation is to expose the policies, principles and standards that represent QORITEL in its lodging establishments, these are proposed for a better understanding between the company and direct clients.

Below are the policies, terms and conditions for Airbnb hotels and apartments:

1 – RESERVATIONS:

Any request and availability can be made through our reservation center at e-mail info@inkarricusco.com, telephone, with the reservation executive or with the receptionist himself on site. The same will be answered within a maximum period of 24 hours by the same means, indicating rate, arrival and departure date, reservation status and payment or reconfirmation deadline. All confirmation must be made via email to ensure that the information is not lost and that all areas involved have it.

*Reservations and Payments Policy:*

-Reservations can be requested online through our website or by phone. But they must always be confirmed by email.

– A deposit of at least 50% will be required upon booking, with the remaining balance due upon check-in. If you wish to pay in full, your advance invoice will be sent to you.

– We accept credit cards, bank transfers and cash for payments in soles or dollars.

2 – CHECK IN – CHECK OUT TIMES:

The schedules are already established, however, if the rooms or apartments are ready before the provided time and depending on the availability of the day, we could offer you an early check in or late check out.

*Check-in and Check-out Policy:*

– Check-in begins at 12:00 p.m.

– Check-out must be completed by 10:00 am.

We offer early check-in and late check-out subject to availability, with additional charges:

Early check in: $20 (subject to availability and depending on time)

Late check out: $20 (subject to availability and depending on time)

DAY USE: half of the reserved rate. Day Use rate will apply for a stay of 6 hours or more. This rate does not include breakfast.

3 – CANCELLATIONS, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND NO-SHOWS:

*CANCELLATION POLICY:

-Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in will not incur charges.

-Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will result in a withholding of 50% of the deposit made.

-Reservations that do not show up at the hotel and have not been communicated will be processed as a 100% no show.

*GROUPS: Group cancellations must be requested up to 7 days before arrival

*CANCELLATIONS: A confirmed reservation (not yet paid) will be considered cancelled, as long as cancellation authorization is obtained from our reservations department or at the request of management.

*NO SHOW: The No Show will proceed, charging a penalty of 100% of the agreed rate for all reconfirmed nights.

*RETURNS / BALANCE IN FAVOR / RESCHEDULING: this point will only be carried out if it is proven that the passenger had a reason of force majeure, illness, etc. It will be previously evaluated and authorized by the reservations area.

4 – OF THE CHILDREN POLICY:

Children under 6 years of age will not be charged an accommodation fee as long as they share the room with their parents and do not request an additional bed. A maximum of one free-of-charge child will be allowed per room. A breakfast fee will be charged for each child, which will correspond to S/ 20 soles.

5 – BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER:

– Hotels: Breakfasts at hotels are included and are served from 6:00 am – 10:00 am // the price for additional breakfast is S/ 20.00 per guest/person.

– AIRBNB: Breakfast for AIRBNB reservations is not included, but we can provide the service for S/ 15.00 Soles (special discount)

-Passengers staying in Airbnbs and hotels will have a 20% discount at our restaurants: Artisano and El Patio.

-Reservations at restaurants must be made at the reception or through the telephone/cell phone center so that we can inform you of the discount offered.

6 – PAYMENTS: DEPOSIT IN THE NAME OF QORITEL SAC:

Payments must be made in advance or directly at the reception (depending on the proximity of your stay). If the stay is distant, you must prepay the reservation with 50% by paying it to the bank accounts as appropriate. Once payment has been made, you must send us proof of payment to email, in this way your reservation will be assured.

PET POLICY

– We accept pets in our designated pet rooms.

NON-SMOKING POLICY

– All our rooms and apartments are NON-smoking, you can only smoke in external areas and patios.

– Fines will apply for smoking in rooms or areas designated as non-smoking.

NOISE / LIQUOR / PARTIES POLICIES:

– Silence hours must be respected between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

– Keep music and television volume at a reasonable level so as not to disturb other guests.

-Meetings or parties and invitations to third parties who are not staying with us are prohibited. Visits must be registered during the day.
