PET FRIENDLY REGULATIONS

  1. Cost per night $20.00 (The exchange rate of the day will be taken)
  2. Upon check-in, the guest will take a tour of the assigned room to check the furniture and sign these regulations. At check-out, the same review will be carried out to verify that there is no damage.
  3. The pet must be accompanied by its owner throughout the stay and cannot remain alone in the room while the Cleaning service is being performed. If the guest leaves their pet alone in the room, it must remain inside its carrier cage.
  4. Any damage caused by the pet will be the responsibility of the owner who will have the obligation to cover the expenses or repair any resulting damage.
  5. It is the owner’s duty to prevent the pet from making noise or disturbing or harming the well-being of other guests and/or employees.
  6. The guest must bring hygiene and cleaning items for the pet.
  7. By official provision of Mexico City, to walk through the public facilities of the hotel and outside it, the use of a leash is necessary.
  8. Pets are not allowed to use the room’s bathroom.
  9. It is not allowed to use linen (bedding and towels) for cleaning pets, otherwise an extra charge will be generated.
  10. One pet weighing up to 20 kg will be allowed during the stay.
  11. Guests can accommodate their pets in their room
  12. Each room will be provided with a pet bed and small dishes.
  13. When the pet goes out to public areas, it must always be under the care of its owner and must not be left in this place without being supervised.

Note 1: The Hotel reserves the right to authorize the stay of any pet if it determines that there is a risk to other guests, employees or other pets.

Note 2: The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept the accommodation of the client and their pet if one or more of the points contained in these regulations are not met.

Note 3: The Hotel will not be responsible for injuries, accidents, deaths, etc. that occur for reasons beyond their control within the facilities. Likewise, the Hotel disclaims any responsibility for any conflict or problem that may occur between guests and that may have been caused by the presence of pets.
